Cabernet Sauvignon 75%, Kotsifali 25%.
Alcohol Title: 14,2% v/v.
Vinification:
Extraction of the two varieties lasts 7 days.
Fermentation is done at 24˚–26˚ C with the use of selected yeasts.
Maturing is completed for 5 months in French oak barrels.
Organic features:
It is known for its vivid colour and aroma of mature fruits and herbs set against the subtle vanilla of the oak barrel.
Soft and juicy in taste, with ‘round tannins’ and a rich, aromatic aftertaste.
Can be kept to age:
Up until 4 years. Served at 17˚-18˚ C.
Kitchen:
Enjoy it with white meat and mature cheeses.
